Car is well maintained, free of any accident. A few cosmetic scratches only. The contract mileage is finished. But the lease agreement I signed was way cheaper than similar lease contract at that time for a X3 with enhanced premium package.

Boring math details: As of Nov 11, there are only 7 payments left ($5929.49 in total, last payment will be on 2025-05-28), and there will be $1599+HST lease transfer fee charged to you by BMW dealership. Since my mileage is now 95200, it will be about $2576 fine for the extra mileage I have driven (the contract allows $80000 for free in four years, and extra cost is 0.15$/km+HST). However the main benefit you have is, if you trade it in in the end of lease contract and lease a new car from dealership, you can request to waive all over mileage cost and the dealership will likely accept it. And my monthly lease is only $749.62+HST which is much lower than what you can get currently (it is about 1000 a month plus tax for exactly the same trim) so this can saves you around $2000 for the next 7 months compared to leasing a new X3. I also paid for the excess wear and use protection so it is worry-free when you return the lease. I can also give you my set of winter tires for free (a couple hundred dollars value).

It is perfect for someone who needs a Luxury SUV for a few month and does not drive that much (Or someone who wants to buy out the car in the end to avoid any penalty. It is the best solution because those cash incentive you can get is a huge discount on the residual value buy out cost). It will come with a set of winter tires.

I bought a Tesla and it becomes our family's main drive. The 2nd car (this X3) is very handy for my family members but if someone wants to take over the lease, it could also be a win-win for both parties then I decided to listed it.
