The 2017 model had seen a dip in the US sales and a slight increase in the Canadian sales.
Canada Sales: The 2016-2017 Audi Q5 sold 8,313 units in Canada. It was a 1.3 percent increase in year-over-year sales.
U.S.: In 2016, the 2016-2017 Audi Q5 sold 49,550 units. The previous year’s model had sold 52,006 units. So it was a 4.7 percent decrease.

The upgraded 3.0-liter TFSI® engine can provide 354-hp, 369 lb-ft of torque and 5.1 seconds for 0-60 mph and 4,400 lb towing capacity.
Quattro: The Quattro all-wheel drive with Ultra technology gives Q5 the ability to deter weather and road conditions and change between all-wheel and two-wheel drives for maximum driving comfort.Virtual Cockpit MMI: A simplified MMI interface has a more intuitive feel for the controls. The 8.3-inch center display makes it easy to navigate the infotainment system.
Audi Connect: Audi Connect helps you remotely monitor the speed and distance of your car. Enjoy the feel of peace of mind when you hand over your keys to a family member, friend or valet. It also makes it easy to find your car in a crowded parking lot.

Premium
Audi Q5 Premium is the base model with 2.5-liter turbocharged TFSI® engine and Quattro® all-wheel drive with Ultra® technology. Audi smartphone interface is compatible with Apple Carplay and Google Android Auto. The vehicle comes with 18-inch wheels, Audi pre sense® basic and Audi pre sense® city. You can use the 7.0 color display to view the input from you rear view cameras.
Premium Plus
The Premium Plus model has everything from Premium. Also, it offers Audi side assist, rear cross traffic assist and vehicle exit assist. It also has Audi connect® CARE and full LED headlights. The Audi advanced key that allows the keyless start, stop and entry is standard on this edition. The front seats are heated with memory for the driver.
Prestige
The Prestige model has all the benefits of the Premium Plus model. Besides, it offers Audi virtual cockpit and head-up display. MMI® navigation plus with MMI® all-in-touch is standard on this model. It also has the Bang & Olufsen® sound system with 3D sound. The Parking System Plus with a top view camera is also installed on the Prestige model.
