Inc. when leased for five years. Insurance costs are about 800CAD per year, and now it comes with the updated volume knob that lots of loyal customers were asking for since 2016 :)

2019 Toyota Corolla CVT starting at 249CAD/month tax. inc. x 60 months
I have a close friend who is a fan of Toyota, and a has an impressive technical background of mechanics and electronics. He has even completely disarmed and assembled a vehicle engine... but that's another story. So his understanding of vehicles is way more deep that most of us, general customers have. I mention this because he was very cautious about the new CVT transmission Japanese manufacturers have been delivering in the last few years.
So the thing is, he finally decided to go after a brand new Corolla, and he loves the Sedan. The Corolla is a perfect combination (even in price-reliability) for a compact vehicle in Canada. The new 2019 Corolla CVT is available at 249CAD/month tax. inc. when leased for 60 months.

This month we have three 2019 models ranking as the top candidates for December 2018. The redesigned Santa Fe and the top-selling Volkswagen SUVs of 2018:

The 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe is starting at 355CAD/month tax. inc. for 60 months (default Hyundai Canada Warranty Period). It has lots of room improvements, new redesign, and a new 8-speed transmission. It is available since October, and I've seen a lot on the road so far. Great work Hyundai!
2019 Volkswagen Tiguan FWD starting at 447CAD/month tax. inc. x 60 months
Available only since two weeks ago, the new 2019 Tiguan starts at around 447CAD/month when leased for five years. The model has some minor upgrades from the previous edition which was an incredible redesign success. Many families that I know, have jumped into the new Volkswagen since it was upgraded a year ago.

And this is the car I love, drive every day and enjoy like nothing I've driven before. It is been a year since I have my 2018 Atlas and I'm planning to keep it probably one more, even after taking a closer look to the "2019 one", released a few days ago.
The new 2019 VW Atlas is starting at 530CAD/month when leased for five years, although I always encourage to rent Volkswagens for 4, the default manufacturer warranty period.
